$16 for a bowl of ramen isn't uncommon, the serving size was average. Order took about 20 minutes to come out with no other orders ahead of me. The chashu pork was unseasoned, extremely fatty, but had an okay char. Noodles were a bit soft for my taste as if they'd been sitting for awhile. My egg half was nice, it was the one thing I did finish completely. Menma had plenty of flavor, woodears were fine, and the corn was good. To-go orders have two containers in one to seperate noodles/toppings and broth, when mixed together it was a good ratio. Atmosphere was a little odd, they have 3 tables, 9 chairs, and the arrangement is a little cramped. I was handed my to-go food with no words which I didn't mind. Overall if you enjoy plainer foods I'd recommend it, I'm on the pickier side of tastes so I had no actual problems with it. Personally I wouldn't go again and that's okay.

I read the reviews and went to give this place a chance. It’s very small and not very welcoming, you don’t see anyone till they come out to give your order. I noticed the price on the screen was different from that when ordering on the iPad, I kindly pointed it out to the manager, not wanting to price adjust but to make them aware. Guy told me the numbers displayed on the tv were “the numbers”, I don’t even know what that means, but it’s misleading. He was also not very welcoming and seemed annoyed. Food was decent, but not enough to go back to an unwelcoming atmosphere.

To be honest, I’m not sure how I feel about this place. Dropped in on a lark and was shocked at the minimalist space. No employees to be seen. Just a self service kiosk. Easy to order with decent prices (full serving Tonkotsu was $16). Bathroom was clean, and overall space was “no frills” to the extreme. At the end of the day, the ramen is solid. It appears they are mostly geared for takeout, and are trying an innovative low overhead (ie, no service) dine in model. My main recommendation to managers: provide better serving ware. Those picnic pouches of disposable cutlery are seriously detracting from the quality of your ramen.

We were excited to see a ramen restaurant open near our neighborhood. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. You order from a kiosk with no one to greet you nor check to see if you’re okay. The furniture looks used and is damaged. The lights weren’t on and the temperature in the restaurant was hot (and with eating ramen in 100 degree weather, you would hope for a more comfortable temperature). When they brought the food, the server didn’t ask if we needed anything. The food, despite saying it was for here, was served in a plastic to-go bowl. Lastly, there was a loud noise from a machine that didn’t stop the entire time we were there (so loud that you couldn’t hear our babbling little one). As for the food, it tasted fine. The meat and egg were flavorful. Unfortunately, the menma (bamboo shoots) was cold, one piece of meat was tender but the other was dry, the egg was slightly overcooked, and the noodles in both dishes were thick despite being told that in one dish, it would be served with thin noodles. I ordered the tonkastu black and my husband ordered the oyasumi. They tasted almost identical except mine had the black garlic oil and my husband’s had parmesan cheese. Overa

Ramen was delicious. We got the Tonkotsu Black and Oyasumi ramen. The broths were creamy and coated things nicely. Eggs were marinated nicely and overall were solid bowls. Atmosphere in-store and service are a little bare bones, but we got our food timely and it was a pleasant experience. We will be coming back
